The first week of Adult Football League saw us get 3 wins out of 4.

Seniors had an empathic win over newly promoted St Oliver Plunketts. They lead by 1-8 to 1-3 at half time but moved up another gear in the second half and playing  with the breeze they finished comprehensive winners on a scoreline of 3-15 to 1-6

The inters faced an experienced Geraldine P Moran  very depleted due mainly to numerous injuries on the senior team. They fought a hard battle but finished up losing on a scoreline of 1-9 to 1-17.

The Junior A team with a new management team of Alan Garvin , David Quinn, Shane Sheridan and Cathal Mc Garrigle got off to a winning start when beating Whitehall Colmcille 3-8 to 0-9., a scoreline that did not flatter us. 

The Junior B team promoted from Division 11 unbeaten last week, got their Division 10 season off to a winning start when beating  Whitehall Colmcille by 0-18 to 0-7. Due to an error with fixture dates  by management they had to cancel their bonding trip to Tralee over the weekend. Hopefully they can now reschedule .
